Polestar has built a special version of the 2 hatchbacks called the Arctic Circle, equipped with driving in snowy and icy conditions.
Arctic circles get extra power and torque and studded tires, softer springs, and prototype launch control systems.
The led rally lights attached to the front and the Recaro bucket seat were found inside, but the circle of Arctic Polestar 2 will remain one time.

The springs in the North Pole circle are 30 percent softer than those on the production of Polestar 2, and the performance of three-way Öhlins reducer is also retuned. Strut braces are added on the front and rear for better torsional rigidity and responsive steering. Polestar also introduced a prototype launch control system, activated through the paddle installed on the steering wheel.

The interior features a front bucket seat Recaro and snow spade of carbon fiber in the trunk for emergency situations. The Arctic circle was wrapped in Livery Matte which looked slippery and white. Polestar noted that the Arctic circle would not be included in the production, describing it as a “unique exhibition.” Maybe the number of polestars 2 specified can reset the electric rally car with enough elbow oil.
